Lauren and I go a long way back. We were both actors and singers in the same theatre company and choir group. Back then I had no idea that Laura was into comics and cosplay, and I had no idea that I would go into photography and be a Marvel Productions fan boy! Many years later we found each other on instagram and immediately geeked out on our missed connection. The outcome of that conversation was this photoshoot where she assumes the mantle of Black Widow / Natasha Romanoff and I get to try my hand at a more cinematographic style of photography and photo retouching.
