Rich Hackman, also known by this stage name Duet Solo, is a Ghanaian-American singer, songwriter, actor and producer.
After many years singing in church and college concert choirs, and undergoing three years of classic operatic vocal training under the mentorship of Grammy Nominated performer Jeffrey Lentz, Hackman is now emerging with his own sound.
In 2020, he released his first official full-length RnB single, “Slow ” (available on most streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music. )
He later released two more songs born out of H.E.R’s Stripped-Down Songwriting class, the futuristic and category defying song “Dreams,” and the Hamilton-esk piano ballad “Remember Me.”
In 2024 and 2025, he is set to release four new titles including the highly anticipated single “Mama Said.”
